摘　　要：军队转业干部安置是军事政治学研究的重要内容。在中国改革进入攻坚期和深水区的当下,我国军队转业干部安置出现了与国家经济社会发展和军队建设不相适应的地方,政策制度落实陷入了困境。加快军队转业干部安置法制化进程、重构军转安置组织机构、健全军转培训机制、完善保障服务机制,构建起中国特色军队转业干部安置制度,以破解军队转业干部安置难题,不仅具有深远的理论意义,更具有重大的现实意义。Helping the military cadres transferred to civilian work is an important area of research in military politics. During the current difficult period of reform in China,we have witnessed the discordant situation in helping the military cadres transferred to civilian w ork in the national economy,social development and military construction. We are in a dilemma concerning the implementation of relevant policy and regulation. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to speed up the legislation course,reconstruct the organization,perfect the training institution,complete the supporting and service mechanism to establish the system of helping the military cadres transferred to civilian work w ith Chinese characteristics and solve their difficulties.
