摘　　要：目的探讨干部保健工作新模式。方法结合文献总结分析2015年7月份以来军队某三甲医院干部保健工作新经验。结果传统保健模式无论在就医流程、诊疗方式还是服务质量等方面均存在明显不足,给广大保健对象带来诸多不便,影响着保健质量和医患关系。为改变这一现状,推出"一对一"责任制保障模式,将责任落实到科,落实到人,贯穿于保健全过程。变被动保健"你求我"为主动服务"我看你";变专一诊疗为综合保健。结论 "一对一"责任制保障模式落实后医务人员责任意识明显增强,服务质量显著提高,医患关系更为融洽,是值得推广的新型保健模式。Objective To explore a new model for military health care. Methods The experience ofhealth care in third-grade class-A military hospital since July 2015 was summarized and analyzed through literature study. Results Traditional military health care pattern had obvious deficiencies in the process of medical treat-ment, diagnosis, treatment methods and quality of service. It brought a lot of inconvenience to the majority of health care objects and seriously affected the quality of health care and relationship between patients and doctors. In order to change this situation, we implemented the “One for One” responsibility system pattern which transferred the responsibility to the departments and individuals. Conclusion This system not only changes passive mode to active mode to enhance the sense of responsibility, but also significantly improves service quality and builds more harmonious doctor-patient relationship. It is a kind of new health care model.
