摘  要:针对鄂尔多斯盆地陇东气田水平气井目的层山西组水平段埋藏深(井温高)、石英含量高(可钻性差)、泥岩钻遇率高及砂岩段孔缝发育导致塌漏共存的问题,结合该地区钻探的实际情况和国内外对泥页岩理化性能的研究成果,通过室内实验,进行钻井液成膜性研究、聚合物降滤失剂优选、封堵性优化、体系配方调整,形成了一套具有高黏切、低固相、优质泥饼、低滤失、抗高温等优点的高黏低固相钻井液体系。该技术在陇东多口水平气井进行了应用,在解决塌漏共存矛盾的同时提速效果明显,并且减少气层堵塞,有效保护储层,取得水平段机械钻速提高51.98%的良好效果,达到了提高钻井速度,减少复杂事故,提高综合经济效益等目的,进而形成各区块的模块化技术方案进行推广应用。In view of deep burial,well temperature,poor drillability of quartz content,high drilling rate of mudstone and development of pore fracture in sandstone segment,in Shanxi horizontal section of gas horizontal well in Shanxi Formation,Longdong Gas Field in Ordos Basin,combined with the actual situation of drilling in this area and the research results of physical and chemical properties of shale at home and abroad,through laboratory experiments,the film-forming properties of drilling fluid were studied,the polymer filtration reducer was optimized,the plugging property was optimized,the system formula was adjusted,and a set of high viscosity and low solid phase drilling fluid systems were formed which were with high viscosity,low solid phase,high quality mud cake and low filtration loss,high temperature resistance and other advantages.The technology is applied in some of the horizontal wells in Longdong Gas Field,and it has a good effect in solving the coexistence and contradiction of the collapse and leakage at the same time,and the gas reservoir blocking is reduced for effectively protecting the reservoir and the mechanical drilling speed of 51.98% is obtained in the horizontal section.The purposes of increasing drilling speed,reducing complex accidents and improving comprehensive economic benefits are achieved,and then the modular technology scheme of each block is developed and popularized.
