摘  要:树锦鸡儿枯枝病(Caragana arborescens (Amm.) Lam. branch blight)是在树锦鸡儿枝干上发现的一种新病害,在自然条件下于老龄树枝上多发,产生橙黄色子实体并导致枝条枯死。为明确该病害的病原菌,了解其发生和侵染,本文根据柯赫氏证病法,对该病害进行分离、接种和再分离确定病原菌,结合形态学和分子生物学对病原菌进行鉴定。研究结果表明:在室内用烧伤、划伤和无伤3种方法接种健康3~5 a生水培枝条,30 d后仅烧伤接种表现出典型症状,说明该病原菌不能从寄主的自然孔口或直接穿透表皮入侵,属于一种弱寄生病害。经形态学特征比对和r DNA-ITS序列分析将引起该病害的病原菌鉴定为树锦鸡子座丛赤壳菌(Stromatonectria caraganae (H?hn.) Jaklitsch&Voglmayr.)。Caragana arborescens (Amm.) Lam. branch blight is a new disease which was found firstly on the branches of C. arborescens in Harbin, Heilongjiang province. Under natural conditions, this disease occurs on relatively old branches, producing bright orange sporophores and then causing the branches to die. The occurrence and the invasion progress of the disease was investigated and the pathogen was identified through isolation, inoculation and re-isolation with Koch's postulates. The species of the pathogen were identified basing on morphological and molecular characteristics. In laboratory, burning, scratching and original ones were used to inoculating 3-5 years old healthily-growing hydroponics branches. After 30 days, only the burnt inoculation showed typical symptoms. The result of pathogenicity test shows that the disease can't penetrate through the natural orifice of the host and invade directly, therefore it is a weak parasitic disease. By the research on morphologic properties and rDNA-ITS sequences of the isolated strain, the pathogen of C. arborescens branch blight was identified as Stromatonectria caraganae (Hohn.) Jaklitsch & Voglmayr.
