摘 要:为了降低DDNP生产废水对环境的污染,通过在合成DDNP重氮化反应过程中加入PETN猛炸药,制备出了DDNP/PETN微起爆药,该起爆药的DDNP含量有了大幅度的降低。采用FCY-1型爆发点测定仪对该DDNP/PETN微起爆药的热感度进行了测定和研究,结果表明:该微起爆药的5s爆发点高于纯DDNP起爆药的5s爆发点,热感度降低,化学安定性优于纯DDNP起爆药。The micro-initiating explosive DDNP/PETN was prepared through the synthesis of DDNP diazotization reaction to join in the process of PETN explosives,in order to reduce wastewater pollution of DDNP production. Its DDNP content has been greatly reduced. The thermal sensitivity of the DDNP/PETN was measured and studied by using the FCY-1 burst point detector. The result show that the 5 s of the micro initiation explosive eruption points higher than that of pure DDNP initiating agent of 5 s breaking point, thermal degree is reduced, the chemical stability is better than that of pure DDNP initiating explosive.
