摘　　要：目的观察感染性休克患者血清血管内皮钙粘蛋白(VE-cad)的表达水平。方法 27例重症监护病房(ICU)的感染性休克患者作为感染性休克组, 27例同期入住ICU的其他类型休克患者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附剂实验检测比较两组患者血清VE-cad表达水平。结果感染性休克组患者血清VE-cad的表达水平为(2.78±0.53)ng/ml,高于对照组的(1.78±0.78)ng/ml,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.510, P<0.01)。结论 VE-cad的表达水平可能与感染性休克的发生发展密切相关,可能是感染性休克早期诊断以及评估病情及预后的一种新的检测指标,并为临床感染性休克的治疗提供了新的思路。Objective To observe the expression level of serum vascular endothelial cadherin（VE-cad） in patients with septic shock. Methods There were 27 patients with septic shock in intensive care unit（ICU） as septic shock group, and concurrent 27 patients with the other types of shock in ICU as control group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression level of serum VE-cad in two groups. Results Septic shock group had higher expression of serum VE-cad as（2.78±0.53） ng/ml than（1.78±0.78） ng/ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（t=5.510, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The expression level of VE-cad may be closely related to the occurrence and development of septic shock, and may be a new indicator for early diagnosis and evaluation of the condition and prognosis of septic shock. It also provides a new idea for the treatment of septic shock.
