组织胶水在急诊皮肤裂伤中的临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨组织胶水在急诊皮肤裂伤中的临床效果。方法选取84例采用组织胶水进行粘合治疗的皮肤裂伤患者作为治疗组,另取37例采用传统清创缝合术治疗皮肤裂伤患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组和对照组平均创口闭合处理时间分别为(47±18)、(245±26)s,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组平均创口愈合时间分别为(7.7±2.3)、(7.3±2.6)d,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组有1例患者伤口出现轻度开裂。结论应用组织胶水粘合皮肤裂伤操作简便、迅速、安全、疼痛小无须麻醉,无需换药拆线、方便患者,瘢痕较小,伤口愈合美观,不会有普通缝合后的蜈蚣样瘢痕,可作为处理急诊小型皮肤裂伤的有效方法 ,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of tissue adhesive in emergency skin laceration. Methods There were 84 patients with skin laceration treated by tissue adhesive as treatment group, and another 37 patients with skin laceration treated by traditional debridement and suture as control group. The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The treatment group and control group had mean wound closure treatment time respectively as（47±18） and（245±26） s, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment group and control group had mean wound closure healing time respectively as（7.7±2.3）、（7.3±2.6） d, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 1 patient in the treatment group developed mild cracking in the wound. Conclusion It is simple, rapid, safe and painless to use tissue adhesive to bond skin laceration. It is convenient for patients with no dressing change and thread removal. The scar is small, the wound heals beautifully, and there is no centipede-like scar after ordinary suture. So it can be used as an effective method to deal with small skin laceration in emergency, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
