蒸发冷却试验台空调系统关键问题的研究(1)——工况处理机组容量设计探讨

摘　　要：给出了蒸发冷却综合性能试验台空调系统室内外设计参数的确定方法,并针对蒸发冷却设备的空气处理特点,结合焓湿图,对能够满足蒸发冷却空气处理设备以及蒸发冷却冷水机组综合性能参数检测要求的工况处理机组的制冷量、加热量以及加湿量进行了详细的设计计算,结合计算结果,对工况处理机组的容量选择和产品性能试验提出建议。The analysis methods of the indoor and outdoor design parameters of the air conditioning system of the comprehensive test bench is given out.Besides,considering of the air processing characteristics,the cooling and heating capacity as well as the humidifying capacity of the air handing units is calculated in detail,which can be met the requirements of the performance test of kinds of evaporative air conditioning units.At last,some suggests about determining the capacity of the air handing units and mak-ing the optimal test approach are proposed,which is expected to make some help to the practical projects.
