摘 要:为了解决某装气站放空管线排气放空时引起的管路振动问题,建立流固耦合三维动力有限元模型,采用瞬态时间历程分析方法对放空管道进行冲击气流下管道动力响应仿真分析。其中管道内流体分别选择氮气和液化气,建立现有管道流固耦合三维动力有限元模型;进行2种流体介质下管道结构动力响应对比。通过研究管道在冲击气流作用下的振动机理和振动特性,从管道结构入手提出了该放空管道振动控制的措施,给出了减振方案。建立减振方案中管道的流固耦合动力有限元模型,进行仿真分析并与原方案计算结果进行了对比,发现管道系统的振动得到大幅度的降低,验证了所提出的减振方案可以对管道振动进行合理有效的控制,确保了管道振动幅度在安全裕度内。In order to solve the vibration of the exhausting pipeline in a gas distributing station,the FSI of three-dimensional finite element model was established and dynamic response analysis of vent pipes under the action of impact air flow was studied by transient analysis. The FSI of three-dimensional finite element model of the pipelines now available was established and the dynamic response analysis of pipelines structure with these two different mediums was characterized. The vibration mechanism and vibration characteristics of pipes under the action of impact air flow was studied. By researching the structure of pipelines,the project for reducing the vibrating is provided. Then,the FSI of three-dimensional finite element model of the pipelines in the project was established,the dynamic characteristics were obtained by simulation analysis and the comparison between calculated results of the old and new projects has been carried out. Through comparison,it has been perceived that the vibration of piping system was reduced greatly. It is demonstrated that this new project can substantially limit the vibration of piping system and ensure the amplitude of the vibration within safety margin.
