摘 要:选矿作业工况复杂,传统旋流器采用固定底流口,需要停机人工更换底流口,影响系统的稳定运行。本文提出了一种带有锥形调节结构的底流口,可实现底流口在线调节。通过试验对比分析了φ50mm旋流器配置可调底流口与固定底流口时底流浓度、处理量、分级效率和分离精度等的变化规律。结果表明,与固定底流口相比,采用可调底流口时处理量增加2.2%~6.4%;底流浓度降低26.3%~29.74%;分级效率增加7%~24.57%;陡度指数提高19.5%。可调底流口型旋流器适用于0.1~0.14MPa压力下的分级作业。The mineral processing conditions are often complex,so it has to stop the machine and change the outlet manually for a traditional hydrocyclone with fixed underflow outlet. Such operation affects the total system inevitably. In order to solve the problem,a kind of adjustable underflow outlet characterized by a conical regulating structure has been proposed. The advantage is that it can be regulated on line. The comparison experiments of a φ50mm hydrocyclone with the fixed and adjustable underflow outlet have been carried out for analyzing their different separation performance. The underflow density,handling capacity,classification efficiency and separation accuracy have been analyzed thoroughly. Results show that,the separation performance of the hydrocyclone with adjustable underflow outlet can be improved. Compared with the traditional hydrocyclone,the handling capacity increases by 2. 2% ~ 6. 4%;the underflow density decreases by 26. 3% ~ 29. 74%; the classification efficiency increases by 7% ~24. 57%;and the sharpness index increases by 19. 5%. The hydrocyclone with adjustable underflow outlet is suitable for classification operations under the pressure of 0. 1 ~ 0. 14 MPa.
