摘　　要：根据混合C4制MTBE工艺中异丁烷压缩与异构压缩单元的工艺要求,分别进行了无油工艺螺杆的主机设计与系统设计。综合考虑工艺要求与无油螺杆的工作特点,论证了无油工艺螺杆压缩机在这一领域应用的可行性。According to the technological requirements of isobutene and isomerization compression units in technology for MTBE production by use of mixed C4,oil-free screw compressor and the compression system were designed respectively. Technological requirements and work characteristics of oil-ree screw compressor were taken into account; the application feasibility of oil-free screw compressor in this field was demonstrated.
