摘　　要：我国海运服务贸易长期逆差,为适应我国贸易结构调整新态势,迫切需要提升海运业的国际竞争力,为实现服务贸易基本平衡作出积极贡献.Our country's maritime service trade is in long-term deficit.It is an urgent need for us to promote the international competitiveness of maritime industry in order to adapt to our country's new situation of trade structure adjustment for realizing the service trade basic balance to make the positive contribution.In order to cope with the periodic fluctuation of maritime market and enhance the international competitiveness of maritime enterprises,we should aim to formulate maritime financing policies,tax policies and strategic subsidy policies that are not inferior to those of other major maritime countries and create a fair business environment for participating in global competition.We should support core maritime enterprises to participate in the national major maritime strategy,maritime projects,scientific and technological research and development through the market mechanism,support core maritime enterprises to communicate with government departments in the formulation of major policies,and promote policies in line with the law and trend of maritime development.
