加用益心舒胶囊对冠心病患者冠脉硬化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探究益心舒胶囊对冠状动脉粥样硬化患者硬化指标的改善作用。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月于我院进行诊断治疗的220例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为试验组和对照组,每组110例,其中对照组采取常规药物治疗(阿司匹林肠溶片、硝酸异山梨酯片、硝苯地平缓释片、冠心舒),试验组在对照组基础上加用益心舒胶囊,治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、心电图波形、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteline,Hcy)水平及臂踝脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)。结果治疗后,两组IMT值均显著降低,且试验组降低幅度更大,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);心电图检测结果显示,试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后血浆Hcy水平及ba PWV显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论加用益心舒胶囊能够显著改善冠心病患者冠脉硬化指标,对治疗冠心病具有积极意义。Objective To explore the role of Yixinshu capsule in improving the sclerosis indexes of patients with coronary atherosclerosis. Methods Totally 220 patients with coronary atherosclerosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. According to the random number table method,all the patients were divided into experiment group and control group. Both groups were treated with conventional drugs（ aspirin enteric-coated tablets,isosorbide nitrate tablets,nifedipine sustained-release tablets,Guanxinshu）,and experiment group was also treated with Yixinshu capsule. After 3 months of treatment,the IM T,electrocardiogram waveform,plasma homocysteline（ Hcy） level and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity（ ba PWV） of the two groups were measured. Results After treatment,the IM T values of the two groups were decreased,and those in experiment group were lower,the difference between the two groups being statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The results of electrocardiogram showed that the effective rate of treatment in experiment group was higher than that in control group,and the levels of plasma Hcy and ba PWV in experiment group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The additional use of Yixinshu capsule can significantly improve the indexes of coronary artery sclerosis in patients with coronary heart disease,and it has positive significance in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
