摘 要:2017年7月25—26日,黄河中游支流无定河流域普降特大暴雨,暴雨强度大、历时短、突发性强。受此影响,大理河青阳岔、绥德两站和无定河白家川站出现建站以来最大洪水,绥德县遭受重大财产损失。此次特大暴雨的降雨特征为:(1)暴雨中心降雨总量大;(2)暴雨中心降雨强度大;(3)降雨空间分布梯度大。分析了干支流洪水来源及组成情况,提出了相关建议:(1)加大黄河流域水文站网建设力度;(2)从黄河防洪、生态及经济建设等多方面考虑,利用水保及防洪措施控制当地水土流失,同时减少河道中的泥沙量;(3)加强退耕还林还草工作。On July 25 to 26, 2017, the Wuding River basin, a tributary of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, suffered a heavy rainfall,which was intense, short duration and sudden. Affected by this, the largest flood occurred at Qingyangcha and Suide in Dali River and Baijia-chuan Station in Wuding River and Suide County suffered heavy property losses. The characteristics of the rainstorm were that a) the totalamount of rainfall in the center of the rainstorm was large; b) the intensity of rainfall in the center of the rainstorm was large; c) the spatialdistribution gradient of rainfall was large. At the same time, the source and composition of the main and tributary floods were analyzed andrelevant suggestions were put forward: a) to strengthen the development of hydrological network in the Yellow River Basin; b) consideringthe flood control, ecological and economic construction of the Yellow River, water conservation and flood control measures should be taken toreduce soil erosion and sediment in the river and; c) to strengthen the work of returning farmland to forests and grasslands.
