摘　　要：针对黄河抗洪抢险采用捆抛柳石枕等传统抢护方法存在耗用人工多、效率低、成本高、环境效益差,以及劳动强度大、安全性差等问题,通过设备总体功能设计、理论计算与设备选型、主要技术参数选取和生产性试验验证,成功研制了环保型防汛抢险长管袋充填机。应用情况试验表明:该设备充填效率高,操作便利,移动灵活;具备两套独立的充填系统,可实现两条长管袋同时快速充填与定位抛投;满足野外作业条件,适用于天然防汛抢险材料。经实际应用测算,该设备具有较高的充填、抛投长管袋速度和效率,可为抗洪抢险争取时间,具有显著的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。An environmental protection type long-bag filling machine was developed through overall function design, theoretical calculationand equipment selection, main technical parameters selection and validation of productive test, aiming at the problems of consuming moremanpower, low efficiency, high cost, high labor intensity and bad safety in the traditional emergency treatment methods such as bundling andthrowing willow stone pillows in the Yellow River flood control and emergency rescue. Experiments show that the machine has high filling effi-ciency, convenient operation, flexible movement and convenient maintenance, with two sets of independent filling system can realize two long-pipe bags simultaneously rapid filling and positioning throwing, and meets the field operation conditions and suitable for natural flood controlmaterials. The practical application shows that the equipment can win time with higher filling and throwing speed and efficiency of long-pipebags for flood control and rescue and has remarkable social, economic and environmental benefits.
