摘 要:长序列农田灌溉定额在水资源规划、水资源论证报告书编制、江河流域水量分配方案编制等水资源专业领域工作中有着广泛的应用。基于水量平衡原理提出长序列农田灌溉定额测算方法;结合工作实践,详细阐述长序列农田灌溉定额测算所需的基础数据、基本参数和公式,讨论基础数据采集的关键点和长序列灌溉定额计算的复杂性,提出农田灌溉定额测算程序编制的思路,并以计算分区B为例,利用降水、蒸发等数据和灌溉试验确定的基本参数,在各计算分区内应用灌溉定额测算程序,计算旱作物和水稻不同生长期的灌溉期需水量。结果显示:计算分区B多年平均综合灌溉定额(毛)为4 545 m^3/hm^2。Long-term irrigation quota is wildly used in the field of water resources engineering, for example, water resources planning, waterresources assessment and water resources allocation, etc. However, it is seldom seen that how to calculate the long-term series irrigation quo-ta. Moreover, it is necessary to summarize the methods of long-term irrigation quota. This paper proposed a calculation of long-term irrigationquota based on water balance. In practices, the author elaborated the basic data, parameters and formulas in calculation of long-term irriga-tion quota, discussed the significance of data collection and the complexity of long-term calculation and indicated the concept of calculationprogramming. Then, in the case of Zone B, it used the basic data of precipitation and evaporation and the basic parameters that defined by ir-rigation experiment to calculate the applied irrigation quota within the area and calculate the water demand in irrigation period of differentgrow stages of drought crop and rice. The result shows that the average annual comprehensive gross irrigation quota in Zone B is 4 545m^3/ hm^2.
