摘　　要：离散事件系统规范(DEVS)是描述离散事件系统形式化的方法,提供了层次化、模块化的描述机制,便于对复杂系统进行建模、设计、分析和仿真。DEVS++是采用C++语言实现DEVS机制的开源程序库,提供模型的基类,可直接继承或派生,减少大量程序的编制,便于二次开发。介绍了DEVS的建模思想及DEVS++程序库,以智能变电站过程层网络为例,搭建部分网络设备的模型,通过构建简单网络说明DEVS++在离散事件系统中的应用。Discrete Event System Specification（DEVS）,a formal method for describing discrete event systems,provides a hierarchical,modular description mechanism to facilitate modeling,design,analysis and simulation of complex systems. DEVS＋＋,an open source library that implements DEVS mechanism in C＋＋ language,provides the base class for the model that could be inherited or derived directly so as to reduce a lot of programming work and facilitate secondary development. This paper introduced DEVS modeling idea and DEVS＋ ＋ library,established models for some network equipment in the process-level network of a smart substation as an example,and explained the application of DEVS＋＋ in discrete event systems.
