H6 Topology Single-phase Grid-connected Inverter Based on Quasi-PR Controller and Bandstop Filter

摘  要:对H6拓扑单相并网逆变器建模及控制策略进行了深入研究。建立了后级逆变部分电流环模型及电压环模型,为控制器参数设计作了铺垫。针对比例积分控制无法实现对正弦参考信号零稳态误差跟踪,抗电网扰动能力差的问题,对电流内环控制提出了一种准比例谐振控制,利用其在基波频率处高增益的特点,实现并网电流零稳态误差跟踪,并提高抗电网干扰的能力。针对并网电流中三次谐波较大的问题,在电压外环控制中使用陷波器,利用其带阻作用,滤除并网电流中的三次谐波。仿真结果表明,采用控制方法,并网电流具有较小的稳态误差和总谐波畸变率。This paper conducts a thorough research on the modeling and control strategy of single-phase grid-connected inverter with H6 topology. It set up the models of current loop and voltage loop of the post stage inverter,which paved the way for the design of controller parameters. In order to solve the problems of the proportional integral control tracking the sinusoidal reference signal with zero steady-state error and the poor anti-jamming capability to the grid interference,in this paper a quasi proportional resonant controller was presented,which had high gain in the fundamental frequency and could reduce steady-state error and improve anti-interference ability. To restrain the three harmonic of grid-connected current,a bandstop filter was used in the voltage loop control,it could filter out the three harmonic with its bandstopcharacteristics. The simulation results show that the grid-connected current has smaller steady-state error and total harmonic distortion rate by using this control method.
