摘 要:在黑启动环境下,配置储能的光伏电站可视为一种特殊的孤岛运行状态。通过仿真,对孤岛运行状态下光储站的临界光储配比以及作为黑启动电源的可行性进行了分析和研究。基于MATLAB/Simulink平台进行仿真,结果表明,当光储配比合适时,光储电站可输出较高质量的电能,且能够有效对线路充电并带动厂用机组发电,实现电网断电后的逐步恢复功能。基于仿真结果,总结了光储电站作为黑启动电源的应用条件,归纳了基于光储发电的电网黑启动综合技术原则。Photovoltaic power plant with energy storage system can be considered as a special islanding state in the condition of black-start operation. Through the simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink platform,weanalyzed and studied the suitable output power proportion between photovoltaic arrays and energy storage system as well as the feasibility of PV power plants under islanding status and grid connecting status. In this paper,the simulation results indicated that PV power plant with energy storage system was capable of outputting higher quality power and charging on the line efficiently,and also driving generator units to realize system recovery gradually. Based on the simulation results,furthermore,the countermeasures and overall engineering philosophies were proposed in this paper to improve the feasibility of black start by photovoltaic system,which could be applied in field testing.
