摘 要:分析了传统输电线路直升机巡检计划和航线制定模式存在的不足。提出设计一种全新的输电线路直升机巡检飞行决策保障及航线自动制定系统,首先分析了系统设计思路,对系统进行了总体设计,具体针对整体架构和物理架构进行详细设计。其次,根据直升机巡检业务特点,重点基于二维电网GIS平台给出了系统数据分析服务、航线图自动制定、飞行智能应用三个主要功能模块的实现方法。最后通过系统综合应用达到大幅优化直升机巡线效能的目标。Deficiencies of traditional helicopter patrol inspection route plans and route development modes for power transmission lines were analyzed. A novel helicopter inspection decision guarantee and automatic route development system was presented for power transmission lines. Firstly,system design ideas were analyzed,an overall system design was made and detailed design was completed for the general structure and physical structure. Secondly,according to the characteristics of helicopter patrol inspection,this paper introduced how three major functional modules for data analysis service,automatic development of route charts and smart flight application could be realized on the basis of a two-dimensional grid GIS platform. Finally,the objective of substantial optimization of helicopter line inspection efficiency was achieved through integrated system application.
