摘  要:提出了一种以STC89C52为核心的选择型二分支顺序控制器的设计方法,通过光电耦合电路对现场控制信号进行转换处理并送入控制器的输入端,以软件实现环形移位,使控制器内部移位器产生与选择结构状态转移图相同节拍的工作过程,进而通过继电器输出电路实现对选择型生产装备的顺序控制。控制器具有结构简单、连接方便、成本低廉和使用时免编程等特点。实际工程应用表明,控制器具有工作可靠、性能稳定、能耗低和体积小等优点,是一种有良好应用前景的新型控制器。This paper presents a design method for a selective two-branch sequence controller using STC89 C52 as core. The controller transforms the site control signal through its photoelectric coupling circuit and sends it to the input terminal of the controller so as to realize circular shift through software and have the internal controller shifter generate a work process with the same beat as the selected structure state transition diagram,thus realizing sequential control over the selective production equipment through the relay output circuit. The controller is characterized by simple structure,convenient connection,low cost and no need of programming. Practical engineering application indicates that the proposed controller has such advantages as reliable operation,stable performance,low energy consumption and small size. It is a novel controller with good application prospect.
