摘 要:采用固相法烧制了烧绿石材料Bi_(2-x)Fe_xIr_2O_7(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4);X线衍射证实了Bi_(2-x)Fe_xIr_2O_7的立方结构,样品呈现出很好的单相;通过标准四引线法测量电阻率,样品发生了金属-绝缘体转变,随着Fe掺杂含量的增加,金属-绝缘体转变温度呈上升趋势;对样品的金属体区域和绝缘体区域分别进行了电阻率-温度(ρ-T)拟合分析.The pyrochlore materials Bi2-x Fe2 Ir2 O7 (z = 0. 1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4) were prepared by solid state method. X-ray diffraction confirmed that Bi2 -xFecIr2O7 is cubic structure and the sample exhibits good single phase. Electrical resistivity measurements were carried out by standard four probe method, and met- al-insulator transition occurred. With the increase of Fe doping content, the transition temperature of metal- insulator transition increases. In order to further understand the transformation mechanism, the resistivity- temperature(p--T) fitting analysis was carried out for the metal region and the insulator region of the sam- ple.
