摘  要:为确诊山西省某獭兔养殖场病死獭兔的病原菌,本研究从病死獭兔肺脏中分离得到一株细菌,经16s分子鉴定为葡萄球菌,动物试验证实该菌株具有很强的致病性;为了确定该病原菌的来源,在该兔舍进行气溶胶样品采集,通过对气溶胶中葡萄球菌与脏器中分离出的葡萄球菌进行16s遗传进化分析,构建进化树。结果显示:病死獭兔体内的葡萄球菌与空气中的葡萄球菌在进化树的同一支上,其中獭兔体内的葡萄球菌与标准金黄色葡萄球菌的同源性达95%以上,空气中的葡萄球菌与标准金黄色葡萄球菌的同源性达94%以上,进一步揭示了环境空气中微生物对疾病的影响。In order to determine the pathogens of dead rabbits in a rabbit breeding farm in Shanxi Province, a strain of bacteria was isolated from the lungs of the dead rabbits. The results were identified as Staphylococcus by 16s.The animal test confirmed that the strain has strong pathogenicity. In order to determine the source of the pathogen, aerosol samples were collected in the rabbit house, and a phylogentic tree was constructed by 16s genetic evolution analysis of staphylococci isolated from staphylococci and organs in the aerosol.The results showed that Staphylococcus in the dead rabbits and Staphylococcus in the air were on the same branch of the phylogenetic tree.The homology of Staphylococcus in the Rex rabbits with the standard Staphylococcus aureus was over 95%.Staphylococcus in the air and the standard S.aureus has a homology of more than 94%.This study further reveals the effects of microorganisms in the ambient air on disease.Lung abscess; Aerosol; 16 S r DNA sequence; Staphylococcus aureus; Phylogenetic tree
