摘 要:将水性树脂应用于塑料涂料、塑料油墨和塑料胶黏剂,提高附着力是关键。在水性树脂体系中加入有机硅分散剂、有机氟润湿剂和有机硅消泡剂等高表面活性的表面活性剂可以有效地解决这一问题。同时可以提高水分散树脂体系的均匀性、增加其与塑料表面的接触面积、减少泡沫所造成的涂层缺陷,从而使其在塑料表面的附着力得以提高;但用量必须适当,如有机硅分散剂的用量≤1.5%、有机氟润湿剂的用量≤0.07%、有机硅消泡剂的用量≤0.18%,否则会由于其向界面的迁移和富集,减少水性树脂与塑料表面的接触面积,使附着力下降,甚至消失。因此说,适当量的表面活性剂可以提高水性树脂在塑料表面的附着力。For applying the water-based resin in the plastic coating, plastic ink and plastic adhesive, the key is to improve the adhesion. The problem can be solved effectively by adding the organic silicone dispersant, organic fluorine wetting agent and organic silicone defoamer. Through the addition of these high active surfactants, the uniformity of the water-dispersed resin system can be improved, the contact area between the resin and the plastic surface can be increased, and the coating defects caused by the foam can be reduced, so the adhesion on the plastic surface can be im-proved. However, the application amount must be appropriate, e.g. the amount of organosilicon dispersant ≤ 1.5%, the amount of organic fluorine wetting agent ≤ 0.07% and the amount of silicone defoamer ≤ 0.18%, otherwise, the adhesion will decrease or even disappear because of the migration and enrichment of the surfactants to the interface. So the proper used amount of the organic silicone and fluorine surfactant can improve the ad-hesion of water-based resin on plastic surface.
