摘 要:目的了解某部基地鼠中巴贝西原虫感染情况。方法采用巢式PCR对20份鼠肝脏标本中基因组DNA进行扩增,对阳性样本进行测序和分析。结果 PCR产物凝胶电泳结果显示,有1份来自褐家鼠的样本为阳性。序列测定并分析显示,该PCR扩增序列与猎户巴贝西原虫同源性高达96%。结论某部基地鼠类中检测到巴贝西原虫DNA片段,提示该基地鼠类存在巴贝西原虫感染性风险。Objective To detect the infection of Babesia protozoa in rodents in an army base. Methods The nested PCR was used to amplify genomic DNA from 20 rat liver specimens,and positive samples were sequenced and analyzed. Results PCR product gelelectrophoresis results showed that one sample from Rattus norvegicus was positive. Sequence analysis revealed that the PCR amplification sequence was up to 96% homologous to Babesia protozoa. Conclusion The DNA fragment of Babesia protozoa was detected in the rodent in an army base,indicating that there is a risk of Babesia protozoa infection in the rodent.
