摘　　要：目的了解2013-2016年保定市柯萨奇病毒A组6型(Coxsackievirus A6,Cox A6)型手足口病流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法用实时荧光RT-PCR对手足口病临床诊断病例咽拭子标本进行肠道病毒和Cox A6检测,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2013-2016年保定市手足口病肠道病毒阳性病例2 847例,Cox A6型阳性病例429例,占15.07%。其中2015年Cox A6所占比例最高,为36.25%,2016年所占比例最低,为1.68%。Cox A6型手足口病发病高峰在5～7月,北部为高发地段且农村多于城镇,男女性别比1.75∶1,5岁以下儿童占90.44%。结论 Cox A6型手足口病多在5～7月发生,防控重点应放在5岁以下农村儿童。Objective To analyze the epidemiological features of hand-foot-mouth disease（ HFMD） caused by Cox A6 and to provide basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods The real time fluorescence RT-PCR was applied to detect Enterovirus and Cox A6 from the throat-swab specimens of clinical patients diagnosed as HFMD and the descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemic characteristics of Cox A6. Results A total of 2 847 HFMD cases were enterovirus-positive in Baoding from 2013 to 2016,among which 429 cases were of Cox A6 type,accounting for 15. 07%. The highest proportion of Cox A6 was 36. 25% in 2015 and the lowest proportion was 1. 68% in 2016. The peak incidence of Cox A6 HFMD was from May to July,with high incidence in the north and more rural than in urban areas. The ratio of Cox A6-positive cases in male and female was 1. 75∶1,and the children under 5 years of age accounted for 90. 44%. Conclusion Cox A6-positive HFMD mostly occurs between May and July and the rural children under 5 years old should be the focus of prevention and control.
