2015-2016年湖北恩施市辖区医院消毒效果监测与分析

摘　　要：目的掌握恩施市辖区各级医院消毒效果的情况,为控制医院感染制定防控策略。方法用回顾性分析方法对2015-2016年辖区各级医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果进行分析。结果 2015-2016年不同体制医疗机构消毒效果监测总合格率皆较高,公立医院、民营医院、村卫生室总合格率分别为96.9%、95.0%、91.2%。公立医院、民营医院、村卫生室医护人员手消毒灭菌合格率分别为95.4%、91.2%、89.2%;使用中消毒剂消毒灭菌合格率分别为96.5%、95.9%、90.8%;灭菌医疗用品消毒灭菌合格率分别为98.9%、97.6%、98.1%;压力蒸汽灭菌器的消毒灭菌合格率分别为98.6%、98.5%、98.2%;公立医院、民营医院室内空气合格率普扁偏低,分别为89.0%、83.9%。公立医疗机构消毒效果监测整体合格率要高于民营医院医疗机构和村卫生室。结论辖区内公立、民营、村卫生室3类医疗机构消毒质量的整体水平较好。要针对性地开展各级医疗机构消毒质量监测和技术指导,特别要加强民营医院及村卫生室消毒质量监测与监管,使消毒效果监测整体合格率得到有效提升。Objective To control the disinfection effect of hospitals at all levels in Enshi City,and to develop prevention and control strategies for controlling hospital infection. Methods The efficacy of sterilization and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels from 2015 to 2016 was analyzed retrospectively. Results The total qualified rate of sterilization effect was higher in different institutional medical institutions from 2015 to 2016. The total acceptance rate of public hospitals,private hospitals and village clinics was 96. 9%,95. 0% and 91. 2%,respectively. In public hospitals,private hospitals and village clinics,the qualified rate of sterilization and sterilization was 95. 4%,91. 2% and 89. 2% respectively. The rate of sterilization and sterilization in the use of disinfectant was 96. 5%,95. 9% and 90. 8% respectively. The qualified rate of sterilization and sterilization was 98. 9%,97. 6% and 98. 1% respectively. The rate of sterilization and sterilization of pressure steam sterilizer was 98. 6%,98. 5% and 98. 2% respectively. Public hospitals and private hospitals have low indoor air quality,which was 89. 0% and83. 9% respectively. The overall rate of disinfection of public medical institutions was higher than that of private hospitals and village clinics. Conclusion The overall level of disinfection quality of public,private and village health clinics in the area is relatively good. It is necessary to carry out targeted monitoring of disinfection quality and technical guidance at all levels of medical institutions. In particular,the monitoring and supervision of disinfection quality in private hospitals and village clinics must be strengthened so that the overall qualified rate of disinfection effect monitoring can be effectively improved.
