摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在对在押毒犯的特征做性别比较分析。方法:通过方便抽样的方法对云南省S监狱的在押毒犯进行调查。采用自制问卷,收集在押毒犯的人口学、社会经济特征以及对毒品和毒品犯罪的认知-态度-行为。结果:与男性毒犯相比,涉毒女性在低龄化、少数民族、离婚率以及对毒品危害、涉毒犯罪的知晓率和所具铤而走险的赌徒心理均高于男性;犯罪行为尤以隐蔽性和欺骗性、团伙性和群体性、被动性和依附性三大特征较为突出。结论:男女涉毒犯罪具有明显的差异性,这主要是缘于女性不同的生理、心理特征以及在社会中的从属地位,在今后禁毒工作中应增加性别敏感。Objective： This study aimed to provide a gender comparison analysis of the characteristics of drug offenders.Methods： The drug in S prison in Yunnan Province were investigated by methods of convenient sampling. Using self-made questionnaire to collect demographics and socioeconomic characteristics of drug offenders,and cognition-attitude-behavior of drug and drug rimes.Results：Compared with male drug offenders,female drug abuser women were more likely to get higher gambling psychology than males in terms of younger age,ethnic minorities,divorce rate,and the awareness of drug hazards,drug-related crimes. Criminal behaviors are particularly prominent in the three characteristics concealment and deception,gang and group,passive and dependence.Conclusion： There are obvious differences between male and female drug abusers. This is mainly due to the different physiological and psychological characteristics of women and their subordinate status in society. In the future,gender-sensitive should be increased in fighting against drug abuse and illicit trafficking.
