摘　　要：针对目前铁路机务段技术水平较低,系统管理方式相对落后的现状进行了分析;利用网络技术和实时控制策略,提出了一种基于电子联锁的机务段综合管控系统,并且对系统的业务功能进行了详细的分析。经论证,该系统具有较强的优势与较好的应用前景。As tar as low lever oi tcctmu,,,s： J backward situation of system management mode is analyzed. By using network technology and re- al-time control strategy, a comprehensive management and control system for railway locomotive depot based on electronic interlocking is proposed and the specific business requirements of the system are analyzed. It has been proved that the system has great advantages and application prospects.
