摘 要:随着物流业的发展,作为物流仓储常用形式的自动化立体库得以迅速发展,钢货架作为自动化立体库的存储系统得到广泛研究。但针对货架结构抗震性能的货物分布研究很少,导致仓储管理系统的货位优化功能在结构安全方面的考虑不够准确。采用有背拉钢货架和无背拉钢货架两个模型,选用SAP2000和Matlab作为分析研究的工具和平台,基于抗震设计,研究货物分布方式对结构的影响。研究结果表明,有背拉钢货架结构的抗震性能受货物重心影响明显,但并非随货物重心高度增加而单调下降,货物偏心对有背拉钢货架结构的抗震性能有影响,但不起控制作用。无背拉钢货架结构的抗震性能受货物重心和偏心影响不明显。With the development of logistics,automated stereoscopic warehouse,which is the main form of logistics warehouse,has been widely applied.The steel storage racks are well studied as an essential part of automated warehouse.However,there is little research about the moving loads,which makes the ware location optimization of warehouse management system cannot be considered accurately in structural safety.This paper studied the influence of load moving on seismic behavior of storage rack structures with two models,non-sway frame and sway frame,using SAP2000 and Matlab as the tools for research.The analysis results indicate the seismic behavior of non-sway frame is obviously affected by gravity center,but not simply decreases with the increasing of gravity center.It is also affected by eccentricity which does not act as a dominant effect.The eccentricity and gravity center have little influence on the seismic behavior of sway frame.
