摘　　要：文章在对创新要素及空间配置如何影响产业结构升级文献及相关理论分析的基础上,将创新要素分为人力创新要素与资本创新要素,并分别厘清两种创新要素投入及空间配置如何影响产业结构合理化调整与高级化进程。在分析当前我国人力和资本两种创新要素空间配置现状及现存问题后,提出应从提升要素效率、健全人才机制及加强产业互动等方面着手优化创新要素空间配置,促进产业结构升级。Based on studying the literatures of the relationship between promoting industrial structure upgrade and the space configuration of innovative elements, the innovation elements are divided into the elements of human innovation and capital innovation in this paper, it studies the reasons how the two elements influence the adjustment and advancement of the rationalization of industrial structure. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the spatial distribution of the two innovative elements of human and capital resources in our country. Finally, the paper proposes that we should take the measures to promote the upgrading of industrial structure, as improving efficiency of innovative elements, drafting the sound talent programs and intensifying industry interaction based on optimizing the configuration of innovative elements in various regions.
