摘 要:为了研究工作面倾角对综放开采散体顶煤放出规律的影响,基于BBR研究体系,采用等效重力场法对不同工作面倾角条件下的顶煤放出过程进行了离散元数值模拟,分析了工作面倾角对顶煤放出体、煤岩分界面和顶煤采出率的影响.结果表明:顶煤放出体体积随着工作面倾角的增大而增大;初始放煤阶段体积非对称性系数W随工作面倾角的增大而基本呈减小趋势,正常循环阶段放出体的横向扩展差ΔB随工作面倾角增大呈线性关系增大;在相同的起始煤岩分界面下,工作面倾角增大导致上端头侧终止分界面逐渐向重力线靠近,工作面上端头顶煤被大量放出同时遗留在采空区的煤损量增大;顶煤采出率随工作面倾角的增大呈现出先增大后减小的变化特征.In order to study the effect of face dip angle on the drawing mechanism in longwall top-coal caving mining,the distinct element numerical calculations of the top-coal drawing process in different face dip angles were conducted using the equivalent-gravity field method.The influences of face dip angle on the drawing body,the boundary of top-coal and the top-coal recovery were analyzed based on the BBR research system.The results show that the volume of drawing body increases with the increasing of face dip angle.In initial drawing stage,the volume asymmetry coefficient of drawing body decreases with the increasing of the dip angle.In normal cycle stage,the horizontal expansion difference valueΔB of the drawing body under normal drawing cycle increases linearly with the increasing of face dip angle.With the same initial boundary of top-coal,the increasing of face dip angle leads to the results that the final boundary of top-coal at upper end of working face is gradually close to the gravity line,the topcoal of upper end of working face is released in large quantities,meanwhile the coal lost in the goaf increases;The top-coal recovery ratio presents a characteristic that increases first and thendecreases with the increasing of face dip angle.
