摘  要:为了通过电化学絮凝选择性调控煤岩组分表面可浮性,获得电化学絮凝强化煤岩组分浮选分离的方法,采用沉降试验考察了铝电极作用下电浮选过程中煤岩镜质组和惰质组的浮沉特征,通过电浮选实验探索了电化学凝聚及分离效果的影响因素,揭示了电化学凝聚对煤岩显微组分的选择性作用特征.结果表明:电化学凝聚具有选择性,可有效提高煤岩镜质组和惰质组的沉降性差异,其对惰质组分的选择性絮凝可优化浮选分离效果,调控矿浆pH、电化学反应时间及电压强度等可控制煤岩组分的浮选分离效果,当pH=5,反应时间为20min,电压强度为40V时,惰质组富集率可达87.2%,沉物收率为21.1%.铝电极电化学凝聚作用是反应过程中的Al(OH)_3与煤岩组分结合并絮凝沉降的过程,受Al(OH)_3水解形式及其稳定性的影响,惰质组在电化学凝聚过程中的絮团形态受矿浆pH、反应时间及电压强度的影响.This paper aims to regulate the flotability of coal macerals through the selective flocculation of electrocoagulation,and obtain the method of strengthening the flotation separation of macerals by electrocoagulation.Based on the sedimentation experiments,the floating and sinking characteristics of vitrinite and inertinite during electroflotation with aluminium as electrode were investigated.The influence factors of electrocoagulation and separation during electroflotation were explored.The selective effect characteristics of electrocoagulation on coal macerals were also revealed.The results show that the selectivity of electrocoagulation can effectively improve the differences in sedimentation between vitrinite and inertinite;its selectiveflocculation on inertinite optimize the effect of flotation separation.Flotation separation of macerals could be regulated by the pulp pH value,reaction time and voltage intensity.The inertinite enrichment ratio and the sediment yield can reach 87.2% and 21.1% when the pulp pH value is 5,the reaction time is 20 min and the voltage intensity is 40 V.Electrocoagulation with aluminum electrode is a combination and sedimentation of flocculating constituent with Al(OH)3 and macerals process during electrochemical reaction,which is influenced by the hydrolytic species and the stability of Al(OH)3.Floccule form of inertinite is affected by the pulp pH,the reaction time and the voltage intensity in the process of electrocoagulation.
