摘  要:生物质高分子材料具有绿色、环境友好、可再生和生物可降解的特性,可替代传统的不可降解塑料,缓解能源危机,减少环境污染,在塑料业、包装业、制造业和医药行业等领域应用前景广泛.并且不少生物质高分子都是天然的炭源,可作为阻燃成炭剂应用于膨胀型阻燃体系.本文综述了木质素、壳聚糖、淀粉、环糊精、衣康酸等天然可降解生物质高分子材料作为阻燃剂的应用和研究现状,展望了生物质阻燃材料未来的发展方向.改善生物质高分子材料的相容性、绿色环保的同时提高阻燃效率是生物质高分子材料走向应用必须解决的问题.Bio-based polymer material,charatered as green, environmentally friendly, renewable and biodegradable, whieh can replace traditional non-degradable plastics, alleviate energy crisis and reduce environmental pollution,has a wide application in the plastics, packaging, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries in the future. It is a natural carbon source which can be used as carbon-forming agent in intumescent flame retardant system. The researches and applications of natural degradable bio based polymer materials such as lignin, chitosan, starch, cyclodextrin and itaconic acid as flame retardants were reviewed. The future development of bio-based flame retardant materials was prospected. It is necessary to improve the compatibility of bio-based polymer materials, balance the flame retardant efficiency and environmental protection during their application.
