摘  要:通过分析陕煤柠条塔煤矿切顶成巷开采试验工作面矿压数据,发现工作面矿压沿长度方向呈现出非对称分布特征,留巷侧的低压区范围较非留巷侧明显增大.通过FLAC3D数值模拟,同样得到工作面矿压沿长度方向呈现出中部高、两端低的非对称形态,其规律与现场数据基本一致.结果表明:切顶成巷开采工作面存在3个典型矿压分区,工作面中部为矿压强显现区(Ⅱ区);工作面两侧为矿压弱显现区,其中留巷侧为Ⅰ区,另一侧为Ⅲ区;相较于Ⅲ区,Ⅰ区受顶板切缝和取消掘巷的影响,其低压范围增大,且局部应力集中现象消失.基于以上分析结果,提出无掘巷卸压效应和顶板切缝效应的概念,得出无超前掘巷和有顶板切缝是导致切顶成巷开采矿压分布发生变化的主要原因,两者均有利于减弱工作面留巷侧一定范围内矿山压力,降低围岩控制难度.By analyzing the pressure data measured at the test working face using a novel mining method in Ningtiaota coal mine in Shanxi province,the distribution of the mine pressure presented an analogous parabolic shape along the dip direction was found,and the range of the low pressure at the entry retaining side was wider than that in another side of the working face.It was confirmed that the modeling results agreed well with that measured in the field using FLAC3 D.The results show that there are three typical mine pressure zones in the working face while using the roof cutting and pressure-relief mining method with no pillar and roadway formed automatically(RCPRM).The middle part of the working face is the pressure strengthening zone(zoneⅡ);the two sides are the mine pressure weakening zone,the side of the gob-side entry is zone Ⅰ,the other side is zone Ⅲ.Compared with the latter,the low-pressure range is increased and the local stress concentration phenomenon disappears in zoneⅠ with the impact of roof cutting and canceled excavation.Based on the analysis,the definitions of no diggable and pressure-relief effect and roof pre-split effect were proposed.All the results mentioned above indicate that roof pre-split and no advance roadway excavation in RCPRM are both favorable to decreasing mine pressure and reducing the difficulty of surrounding rock control.
