摘 要:自主设计一种光纤布拉格光栅(fiber Bragg grating,FBG)测力锚杆,基于线黏弹性黏结剂对剪切应变传递的影响,将黏结层简化为标准线性固体模型,建立光纤光栅剪切应变传递的力学分析模型,得到表贴式FBG传感器准静态应变传递关系,结合光纤光栅对轴向应变的敏感特性,推导出FBG测力锚杆光力转换方程,设计3组锚杆单轴拉伸试验验证了方程的正确性.研究结果表明:电阻应变仪测量的应变值和根据转换方程计算得到的FBG测力锚杆测量的应变值呈正比例关系,比例系数分别为1.099 69,0.976 74,1.017 35,相关系数达0.993以上.在阳煤一矿81303回风巷中构建了锚杆杆身轴力分布的光纤光栅监测系统,成功监测井下巷道锚杆杆身受力情况.A new type of the fiber Bragg grating(FBG)dynamometry anchor bolt was designed.The mechanical analysis model of the surface bonded FBG shear strain transfer was established in consideration of the linear visco-elastic effect of the adhesive layer,which was simplified as a standard linear solid model.And then thequasi-static strain transfer relationship of the surface bonded FBG sensor is obtained.Combining the sensitive characteristic of the fiber grating to the axial strain,the optical-mechanical conversion function for surface-bonded FBG dynamometry anchor bolt was derived.The function was validated by three uniaxial tension tests.Results show that the strain value measured by the resistance strain gauge is directly proportional to the strain value measured by the FBG dynamometry anchor bolt according to the conversion equation.The proportionality coefficients are 1.099 69,0.976 74,1.017 35,respectively,and the correlation coefficient is over 0.993.An FBG monitoring system for thedistribution of the axial force of the bolt body was constructed in the 81303 return airway of Yangquan No.1 Coal Mine,and the stress of the bolt body was successfully monitored.
