摘 要:为探究矿物密度对煤粉分离器中物料分离效果的影响,进行了不同密度纯矿物分离试验,采用Whiten分离效率模型阐述了密度对分离精度、分离粒径以及分离过程中"鱼钩效应"现象的影响规律,并以Whiten模型为参考,建立了含有颗粒粒度和密度参数的分离效率曲线模型.结果表明:分离器溢流的产率和R90均随密度的降低而升高;随风量的增大,分离器溢流的产率增加,R90增大.低密度物料有较高的鱼钩参数、分离精度和分离粒径.风量的增加会导致分离精度降低,并且加剧高密度物料的鱼钩效应.新模型能更准确地描述同一操作条件下不同密度矿物的分离效率.To investigate the impact of particle density on classification effect in the air classifier,classification tests were conducted among pure minerals with different density.The Whiten model was applied to illustrate the influence of density on the separation accuracy,separation particle size and fishhook effect.Based on the Whiten model,a new classification efficiency model,considering particle size and density,was established.Results show that both the yield and R90 of overflow increase with the decreasing of density,and the growth of air volume also lead them to rise.Material with lower density has a higher fishhook effect parameter,classification accuracy and particle size.The increase of air volume would result in the decreasing of classification sharpness,and a more evident fishhook effect for high density material.The new model can more precisely describe the classification efficiency of materials with different densityin identical experiment conditions.
