高校图书馆科学数据素养教育现状调查及建议

摘　　要：在第四研究范式兴起、数据驱动科研的时代背景下,用户必须提高科学数据素养才能熟稔运用各种科研数据,创新科技成果。针对这一需求,高校图书馆应与时俱进开展相应的科学数据素养教育。为掌握当前国内高校图书馆科学数据素养教育开展现状,文章运用网络调研法对42所双一流高校图书馆科学数据素养教育情况进行了调查,以分析高校图书馆科学数据素养教育开展取得的成果、存在的问题及原因。针对高校图书馆科学数据素养教育存在的问题,文章提出了以下解决对策:构建科学数据馆员培养机制、构建数据生命周期的完整教学体系、完善数据管理平台及基础设施建设、构建数据文化交流圈。In the background of the rise of fourth research paradigm and data driven scientific research, users must improve their scientific data literacy to use various scientific research data and innovate scientific and technological achievements. In view of this demand, the university library should keep pace with the times and carry out corresponding scientific data literacy education. In order to grasp the current situation of scientific data literacy education in university libraries in China, this paper investigates the situation of scientific data literacy education in 42 double first-class university libraries by using the method of network research, and analyzes the achievements, problems and reasons for the development of scientific data literacy education in university libraries. In view of the problems existing in scientific data literacy education in university libraries, the following aspects can be solved： building a scientific data librarian training mechanism, constructing a complete teaching system of data life cycle, perfecting the data management platform and infrastructure construction, and constructing a data culture exchange circle.
