摘 要:文中全面评述了2018中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA洲展览会针织物前处理设备。介绍了多家公司展出的设备,如棉及其混纺针织物连续化练漂机、化纤针织物连续化精练机、棉针织物丝光机和针织物烧毛机等,内容包括设备外观结构图、应用工艺流程图和主要的应用技术特征等。指出:针织物连续化练漂是克服当下行业普遍采用染色机练漂法存在的产品质量及其稳定性差、水电汽耗用量大等缺点的根本方法:连续化的练漂、精练和水洗可以采用多种形式的设备,如开幅织物平幅运行设备,筒状织物平幅运行设备,开幅、筒状及缝边成筒(为了防止卷边带来的问题)织物绳状运行的设备;烧毛、丝光是棉型针织物深加工的重要工序,会成为未来针织物前处理技术发展的趋势。This paper reviews the knitting pretreatment machines on China international textile machinery exhibition-2018 ITMA Asia, and introduces the equipment exhibited by many companies, such as the cotton and its blended interknitted fabric continuous bleaching machine, chemical fiber knitted fabric continuous scouring machine, cotton knitted fabric mercerizing machine and knitted fabric singeing machine in terms of appearance structure diagram, application process flow chart and main application technical features in detail. It points out that the continuous bleaching is the fundamental method to overcome the shortcomings such as the poor product quality and stability, and large consumption of water and electricity in dyeing machine bleaching method commonly used in the industry in the current industry, continuous bleaching, scouring and water washing process can be carried out with open fabric flat running equipment, tubular fabric running equipment, and open-width, cylindrical and seamforming (In order to prevent problems caused by curling) equipment for rope-like rope running, singeing and mercerizing are important processes for the deep processing of cotton-knitted fabrics, which will become the trend of pretreatment technology for knitted fabrics in the future.
