摘　　要：文章以吉林省36所高校图书馆为对象,调研其人文社科数字资源的建设现状,探讨"双一流"背景下社科数字资源建设可持续发展策略。依托区域联盟和社科联盟构建省域人文社科资源保障体系,从社科数据管理和数字人文两方面积极开展人文社科拓展服务的研究和实践。This paper investigates the construction of digital resources for humanities and social sciences of 36 university libraries in Jilin province, discusses the sustainable development strategies under the background of ＂double world-class＂, including building provincial humanistic and social science resource guarantee system relying on regional consortium and social science consortium, and expanding service in humanistic and social science from social science data management and digital humanities.
