摘 要:随着我国社会人口老龄化进程的加快,60岁以上的老年人口日益增加,老年肱骨近端骨折的发病率也逐年增长。肱骨近端骨折占全身骨折的4%~5%^[1],其中约70%为老年患者且我国老年患者骨质疏松的发病率较高,因此老年肱骨近端骨折亦被称为骨质疏松性骨折,其治疗难度大,应被重点关注㈦。近年来,随着临床技术的不断进步以及生物材料学的飞速发展,国内外对肱骨近端骨折的治疗也不断发展。With the acceleration of the aging process of China's social population, the elderly population over 60 years old is increasing, the incidence of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly is increasing every year. Proximal humerus fractures account for 4% - 5% of the total body fractures, about 70% of them were elderly patients. In addition, the incidence of osteoporosis in elderly patients was high in China. Therefore, the proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients was also called as osteoporotic fractures. The treatment of proximal humeral fractures was difficult and should be pay more attention. In recent years, with the rapid development of clinical technology and biomaterials science, Scholars in China or abroad have reached an unprecedented level of understanding of proximal humeral fractures. We present a systematic introduction about the strategy of proximal humeral fractures in the elderly.
