摘 要:研究真空热处理温度、时间对纳米钽粉形貌、平均粒径的影响。结果表明:当热处理时间为20 min时,随着纳米钽粉热处理温度的升高,纳米粉的比表面积逐渐减小;当热处理温度为1 000℃,热处理时间小于40 min时,纳米钽粉的平均粒度变化较小,当热处理时间达到60 min时,纳米钽粉的比表面积迅速减小。The effect of temperature and time of vacuum heat treatment on the characteristics such as morphology, average particle size of nanometer tantalum powder was studied. The results show that the specific surface area of nanometer powder decreases gradually with the increase of heat treatment temperature when heat treatment time is 20 rain. When the temperature of the heat treatment is 1 000 ℃, the average particle size of nanometer tantalum powder has small changes for heat treatment time less than 40 min, while the specific surface area of nanometer tantalum powder decreases rapidly after 60 min of heat treatment.
