摘　　要：目的探讨新疆流感监测哨点医院采用医院信息系统(HIS)登记流感样(ILI)病例的可行性,为实现HIS登记ILI病例并提高流感监测质量提供借鉴。方法自行设计可行性调查表,经预调查及专家评估完善后,2016年4—10月在新疆17家流感监测哨点医院开展横断面调查及专家访谈。结果全疆17家流感监测哨点医院信息系统中门诊HIS由7家软件公司提供,门诊HIS中诊断分类均按照ICD-10编码分类,门诊HIS中可增加"发热"、"咳嗽或咽痛"数据组;采用HIS登记流感样病例监测诊室医务人员接受程度为85.37%,监测哨点医院相关部门接受程度为100.00%,HIS软件服务商接受程度为100.00%。结论目前新疆流感监测哨点医院HIS中可以增加流感样病例登记及标本采集模块,监测医务人员及相关人员接受程度较高,可以在全疆流感监测哨点医院推广。Objective To discuss the feasibility of taking HIS to register influenza-like illness（ILI） cases in Xinjiang flu surveillance sentinel hospitals, and provide reference for the improvement of influenza surveillance quality by recording ILI cases in HIS. Methods After the preliminary survey and expert assessment, the improved feasibility form was designed for cross-sectional survey and expert interview was conducted in 17 influenza surveillance hospitals in Xinjiang from April to October, 2016. Results The HIS of outpatient department in all the 17 sentinel hospitals were provided by 7 software companies, with the classified diagnosis according to ICD-10. Fever, cough or sore throat could be added into the data group of the HIS of the outpatient department. There was 85.37% of the medical staff, 100.00% of the relevant departments of influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals and software companies accepted HIS to register ILI cases for surveillance. Conclusions The module of ILI case registration and specimen collection can be added into the HIS of the influenza surveillance sentinel hospitals in Xinjiang, and the acceptable level is high in the relevant staff. Therefore, HIS can be popularized in the hospitals mentioned above.
