摘  要:目的探讨女性血液肿瘤患者生育力保存的方法。方法分析1例未婚霍奇金淋巴瘤患者通过卵巢组织冷冻并在体外获得成熟卵母细胞后行卵子冷冻的病例并进行文献复习。结果未婚霍奇金淋巴瘤患者可通过卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)技术行卵母细胞冷冻,同时结合卵巢组织冷冻技术来尽快完成生育力保存。结论对于急切需要接受抗肿瘤治疗的肿瘤患者,可通过卵母细胞IVM技术在最短的时间内进行卵母细胞或胚胎冷冻,同时结合卵巢组织冷冻技术在最大程度上达到生育力保存的目的。ObjectiveTo investigate the fertility preservation strategy choice of female patients with hematologic malignancies. MethodsA case about a single female with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) received fertility preservation by ovarian tissue frozen and oocyte maturated in vitro which aspirated just before ovarian tissue cryopreservation was reported and the literatures were reviewed. ResultsCombined ovarian tissue cryopreservation with retrieval of immature oocytes followed by in vitro maturation (IVM) was recommended for patients with HL who required urgent treatment for fertility preservation. ConclusionThe fertility preservation strategy choice of combining ovarian tissue cryopreservation with retrieval of immature oocytes followed by IVM is recommended for patients with HL who require urgent anticancer therapy, which can ensure the patient achieve the cryopreservation of matured oocytes and embryo in a short time, to the greatest extent.
