摘　　要：随着冷冻技术的发展,特别是玻璃化冷冻技术的应用,卵母细胞冷冻技术越来越成熟,目前已成为辅助生殖技术重要的组成部分。本文从人卵母细胞冷冻方法、影响冷冻安全性因素、临床应用及临床安全性方面对人卵母细胞冷冻技术进行阐述与总结,以期指导其在临床的应用。With the development of cryotechnology, especially the application of vitrification, oocyte cryopreservation has been a mature technology and plays an important role in assisted reproductive technology. To be better used in clinic, in this review, we elaborate on the following contents about oocytes cryopreservation： freezing methods, factors that influence freezing effects, clinic applications and clinical safety.
