摘  要:水稻(Oryza Sativa L.)是重要的粮食作物之一。面对农业生产与资源环境日益突出的矛盾,我国科学家提出了"绿色超级稻"的理念,并开展了卓有成效的系统研究与实践,在发掘与利用高产、优质、抗病虫、抗逆和营养高效等重要性状基因、建立全基因组育种技术平台、培育与应用绿色超级稻等方面取得了一系列的重大成果。"绿色超级稻"已经成为全球作物育种的新目标和农业可持续发展的重要举措。现概要介绍我国绿色超级稻的理论与实践的近期研究进展以及绿色超级稻选育与应用的主要成果。Rice is one of the world's major staple crops. There is a massive challenge in increasing crop production to meet the population demand in face of climate change and diminishing resources. "Green Super Rice"(GSR), which was proposed for promoting resource saving and environment friendly in rice production, while still achieving yield increase and quality improvement, is becoming the goal for agricultural research and crop improvement worldwide. A large number of genes identified for the important agronomic traits such as high yield, good quality, resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses, and nutrient-use efficiency have provided a rich source for progressively developing GSR varieties by using the molecular design and genome-based selection. This paper presents an overview of the recent achievements and perspectives in the theoretical and applied GSR.
