摘　　要：对10 kV双级电压互感器的自校准线路进行了分析,给出了参考点标定和串联加法的单次测量试验数据。从参考点标定引入、电压系数计算引入、误差测量装置引入、屏蔽误差引入的不确定度分量等4个方面对校准结果的不确定度进行了评定,最终给出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。It analyzes the self calibration circuit of 10 kV double stage voltage transformer. It obtains the single measurement data of reference point calibration and series summation method. The uncertainty of calibration results are evaluated from four aspects such as the reference point calibration, the voltage coefficient, the error measurement device , the shielding error and so on. The synthetic standard uncertainty and the extended uncertainty are given.
