手部约束老年糖尿病病人的第1滴血和第2滴血末梢血糖对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨手部约束老年糖尿病病人第1滴血和第2滴血的末梢血糖值与静脉血糖值之间的差异。方法选取手部约束老年糖尿病病人30例,用血糖仪采集病人受约束手的无名指外侧末梢血第1、2滴血,检测末梢血糖值;同时抽取病人静脉血,检测静脉血糖值。结果试纸所测手指毛细血管第1滴血与第2滴血的血糖值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试纸所测手指毛细血管第2滴血与静脉全血的血糖值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试纸所测手指毛细血管第1滴血与静脉全血的血糖值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手部约束糖尿病病人第1滴血的末梢血糖值不能反映其真实的血糖水平,医务人员应依据第2滴血测试的血糖值采用相对应的医疗措施,进行合理化血糖护理。Objective To investigate the difference of peripheral blood glucose between the first and the second drop of blood in the elderly diabetic patients with hand-restraint.Methods Thirty diabetic volunteers with hand restraint were selected.The level of peripheral blood glucose of the first and the second drop of blood from ring finger was detected.At the same time,venous blood glucose was also detected.Results There was a significant difference in the level of blood glucose between the first and the second drop of finger capillary blood（P〈0.05）;There was no significant difference in the level of blood glucose between the venous blood and the second drop of finger capillary blood（P〉0.05）;There was a significant difference in the level of blood glucose between the first drop of finger capillary blood and venous blood（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The peripheral blood glucose of the first drop of blood does not reflect the real blood glucose level in the elderly patients with hand-restrained diabetic.Medical staff should take corresponding medical measures and carry out rational blood glucose nursing according to the level of blood glucose of the second drop of blood.
