摘　　要：通过分析国内外电子商务发展趋势、国际组织对电子商务的重视、ISO与电子商务相关的现有标委会等情况,剖析国际电子商务标准化需求、电子商务交易保障标准化技术委员会与ISO现有相关标委会的关系,联合法国共同研究并提出申请电子商务交易保障国际标准化技术委员会提案,并向ISO中央秘书处提交进行投票,目前该提案经过两轮投票获得通过。This paper introduces the developments of e-commerce at home and abroad, the high attention from international organizations to e-commerce and TC/SC relative with e-commerce in ISO. Then it analyzes the standardization requirement of international e-commerce, and the relationship between the proposal and the relative TC/ SC in ISO. Based on the research together with France, China and France propose the proposal for a new field of technical activity ＂transaction assurance in e-commerce＂, and the proposal has been submitted to ISO/CS for ballot. The ballot via ISO/CS to ISO members and ISO/TMB members has approved.
