摘  要:中国原子能科学研究院已建成一套500冷坩埚玻璃固化实验装置,为建立与该装置相匹配的石墨环启动工艺,使用正交实验法研究了感应器高度、石墨环位置及石墨环半径对冷坩埚启动过程的影响,并研究了石墨环质量对启动过程的影响。结果表明,当感应器高度为90mm、石墨环高度为50%或55%、石墨环半径为177mm、石墨环质量为110g时,启动效果最好。A 500 mm diameter cold crucible induction melter was set up in China Institute of Atomic Energy.In order to establish a graphite ring start-up process that matches the device,an orthogonal experiment was designed to study the influences of inductor height,graphite ring height and graphite ring radius on graphite ring start-up process,and graphite ring mass was studied independently.The results show that the starting-up process is satisfied when inductor height is 90 mm,graphite ring height is50% or 55%,graphite ring radius is 177 mm and the graphite ring mass is 110 g.
